About bad rep 2: He traded you Space Farmers which you say was region restricted but you have 2 copies of Space Farmers in your inventory. Both are RoW gifts as I can see.

I am more inclined to believe the other two users because they provided screenshots of the conversations.
Case 1: I think I'm biased here, but I know this guy and I have hard time believing he would pettily blackmail people for no reason.
Case 2: Looking at your inventory, did you already trade away that "region locked" copy? Because I see two ROW copies.

When i got the copy there was a warning on it, maybe you are also from that region but it truly said it wasn't row

I am not from that region, but it doesn't matter. When a game is locked, the warning appears for everyone regardless of their location.

I wish they could be reviewed by Steam gifts staff theirselve because they are not valid i think.
Bad Rep 1:
I changed my mind when he added me on Steam, i said i won't do the deal before the trade begun, he raged and - repped me.
Bad Rep 2:
He said he would gave me a ROW gift so i gave him my steam key, than it turn out he gave me a Restricted gift, i said i don't agree with that and he said i was making problems about nothing, after a long rage he would gave me an other game, but 2 sec after he said that he said trade has been ended.
I asked him 'How about the game you promised' he said trade has been ended like i said.
Than i -repped him and he did the same for me
