So the code for the giveaway is anoXY. First you had to figure out that the letters were the odd ones out on a keyboard. So POIUAYTREWQ gave you A... LKJHNGFDSA gave you N and so on... The case of the letters are lowercase when the letters go from right to left, and the uppercase letters go from left to right. That was the tricky part. And that's it :)

That puzzle drove me crazy! Haha! I got the solution right early on but didn't realize I had to add '/alan-wake-collectors-edition' at the end for it to work so never managed to solve it.

Oh! You'd got the five letter code? That's a shame.
If you ever get stuck with just a code but you can't get the link to work, just copy the five letter code in another link of a random giveaway. That should make it work. You don't need to change the game name at the end.

That link works for me in Firefox, Chrome and Opera. Which browser do you use?

Using Chrome. Indeed, it seems the link works when I click it, but not when I type it / copy-paste it. Odd...

I can't reproduce that. It always works in all three browsers, no matter if I type it manually, copy & paste just the 5 character part to another giveaway link or copy & paste the whole link. The important thing is to have the / at the end and no spaces inbetween. Maybe doublecheck for something like that. And maybe try disabling extensions, especially ones that interact with SteamGifts.
