Just checking Nuuvem, then on Promo Product page, it says Dead Rising 2 Off The Record around USD 3.26 and Dead Rising 2 around USD 5.23. but when I check, on both pages, it says GFWL Only. While we all know that those 2 games already move to Steamworks.
Can anyone confirm this, or still GFWL Only?

I bought Dead Rising 2: Off the Record from there last night. The money was deducted from my Paypal account, but the game does not appear anywhere.... On my receipt it says that I paid for it, but it doesn't appear in my Nuuvem library... I've sent them a support ticket and now it's waiting on their reply. :(

It might take a bit. If you got a receipt I'd wait at least 24h before starting to worry.

I had the same problem with the F.E.A.R. combo I purchased from them. It was added to my library about 2 days later. Didn't even need to submit a ticket. So I don't think you need to worry about it, it just might take a little :P

I don't think that any Dead Rising 2 Off The Record will be activated in Germany, as the STEAM store page clearly stated : Notice: Capcom requires that this game will not install or update when connecting from an IP address attributed to Germany.

I've read through pages and pages of discussions in the Steam group "For Uncut" that is about all those regional restrictions before buying and people there claim, the geo lock has been removed, so I got it.

The only chance to get off the record working in germany by the way is by activating a steamgift of the complete pack for dead rising 2 and otr if I remember correctly. (no vpn needed)

Not sure about that. I would never use a VPN to activate something, as I would not take the risk to lose my account, but going on a holiday can impossibly be against Valve's rules.

Only from Dead Rising 3 and only runtime restriction, you can play game in Germany if you activated it outside.
It still can't be activated in Germany. Same for Dead Rising 2&OTR. OTR also can't be downloaded from Germany.

Once you get over the language issues, Nuuvem is fine. I bought the Flatout Complete pack there a while back and it worked just fine. Just make sure and watch for region issues/locks.

Here's my old thread about it. Its one of the very few threads I've ever created. Came out to $3.03 after conversion, which is a terrific price for all of the games. It ended up being $0.75 a game, which makes it like a sweet Flatout bundle!
