Oh gosh, I've seen a similar post about this not too long ago. Just report it to the support and see if they can remove it for you. Also, just try talking to the guy and see why he did it and see if he is able to remove it.
EDIT: As stated by Kletar below, the guy has been permabanned. Only thing to do is contact support then :)

Some dickhead I've never seen before just -repped me. He did so with many other traders, too, and is now permanently suspended, but... What should I do now? Is that -rep going to stay here forever? I'm going to sleep now, I'll check responses tomorrow. Here's an obligatory GA too.
