I remember reading about it when it was still in the "theory stage". Be interesting to see how the feature works out; and whether actually will detect any more advanced features that were discussed - beyond simple win/loss ratio - if added.

Hmmm... packages should be supported, I'll check with KnSYS next time I see him. He set it up to query the Steam page for things that aren't in his database, so I don't know why a package would malfunction.

It's fine, but I don't think it could be ground for a reroll if an user manages to get the link via the tool despite not meeting the requirements (some are easy to circumvent).

Depends if there's evidence that suggest the winner didn't get the link via the tool or not.
Like I said, some requirements should be safe, but some are easy to alter.

Well, the guidelines say "Respect the privacy of invite only giveaways, and if you're invited to a private giveaway, do not share the link with other users unless given permission by the giveaway creator.". Whether that means an invite-only giveaway winner can be rerolled if they're not legit (i.e. they obtained the giveaway link through a leak instead of from the creator), I'm not sure. I suppose the guidelines need to be clarified.

Minimum Real CV on Public Giveaways (Sent): 25
Maximum Entries: 25
Minimum ratio using number of gifts Sent/Won on Steamgifts: 0.75
Minimum ratio using Steamgifts RAW value of gifts Sent/Won on Steamgifts: 0.75
Minimum ratio using Real Value of gifts Sent/Won on Steamgifts: 0.75

The setup worked seemlessly :)
The one thing I would note is that on the Manage web page the time displayed for the GA to finish must be your servers local time? It's 5 hours behind the SG time (which in turn is 1 hour ahead of me at GMT). It might be worth using SG time?

It's real value. Not just pure number of GAs. You send games for 58,2 and won for 44,6. So you're good to go :D

I wanted to test the new feature of sgtools, choosing further requirements to join a GA.
My first attempt failed as packages are not supported yet. So here is a level 3 for everyone.
To join the Sanctuary GA, you have to be level 3 ($50 real CV) and your sent/won ratio has to be equal or greater than 1. The number of entries is limited to 100. clicky.
You might have to clear your cookies for sgtools to use the feature.
Both GAs run for a little over a week.
To use the feature, insert your invite only GA here. Packages, like GOTYs, do not work yet. Read the devs thread.
