I solved the puzzle, got the letters, entered to steamgifts.com/giveaway/xxxxxxx and got "page not found"... Is this message shown because of level restriction? :(

Update 3/17/16: I wanted to do more, but I seem to have run out of money. I am planning on doing one more jigsaw event after my finances have a chance to recuperate. Here's a huge thanks to everyone who participated and helped to make this fun for everyone, myself included! Y'all are awesome!
