I don't think its possible but I would love to see more ways to restrict invites...especially a feature that allows you to decide the required level to be able to send you friend requests.

You can't get 5 invites for the same group in a month. It's even not possible to get 2 of the same group, you just need to deciline 1 time ! This is to protect steam from invitespam. To bad. And everyone can test it. It does not work. Lier.

First of all you can call your self high contributor when you actualy PAY for games you give.
You didn't left, you were kicked for not be able to meet monthly requirements ?!?! Or even better giving bundle crap and expecting to win AAA games.

If you didnt know Il tell you, you are admin of numerous groups that spam invites for fake giveaways and populating groups. And yes I have more then one invite for same group.
When will you be happy ? When you get 100k members in each group, when big gaming companies come knocking at your door and beg you that you do giveaways of their game ?!?! What does it take that you stop making your members invite their friends?!?!
You cant call your self successful group owner when you are in need to beg for more members. Im not even talking about that dev issue, it is another subject.

Good no response to the invite thing. So you accept that you just lied and this whole thread is just a troll post because it's not possible on steam to invite the same person into the same group multiple times because you just need to cancel the invite 1 time. Thumbs up.. It's a first step ^.^

Do you think you get the games for free? Do you think bundlestars, indiegala, amazon, devs and steam usually gift the games to me?! NO! lol. Of course i paid 99% of all my giveaways and i do it along time. Yes i bought alot in sales but it still cost money. My sale value on sgifts is more as 25k. Sometimes i just drop 200 or 400 keys in our chat and i just bought them 20 minutes before on indiegala.

I joined your group at the end of the month and you told me to make 2 giveaways I made one because my steamgifts giveaway limit was reached and i told you that i will make my giveaways 2-3 days later after that you got angry and try to force me and i decided to left, because YOU HAD just less than 100 games and wanted to win games from us. . And then you are rough to me? lol of course I decided left. Now you have 400+ games. GJ. It seems your plan has worked. I didn't saw a single giveaway of your group because i allready owned all of your giveaways! And as we all know.. alot of people have left your private group because of you. Not just me.

All our giveaways have confirms. Another stupid lie;) To bad you can find all confirms in on steamgifts or in our announcements. Oh, and that with the invite spam was just a lie as we all know becuase it's not possible on steam. You can now troll around, you can post your ghetto language but it does not change anything.

I'm happy. I like charity and this is the reason why i make giveaways since much years. Not like you... smile
And we have given away more as 8,5k games;) in our charity group. I just hope that you will be happy in some years, too. Get a girlfriend, go and work for your games and success and stop crying about me. Nobody likes envy.

It's not possible to invite a person more as 1 time to the same group. If you cancel or deciline/ignore the invite you can not get another invite for this group. Everyone can check it. So he can not got 5 invites this month. Because it's not possible on steam. It's a spam protection. Simple.

Your group isn't a charity either....
Charities are groups set up for those in need. If one owns a pc with internet access and a bunch of video games they are not in need.
If you have 25k to spend on games, why not go give it to some homeless people? or a pets shelter? education? or travel out to a poorer country to help build farms? If you do that, then and only then can you call yourself a charitable man.

You lie about not entering any of our group giveaways.
You entered two of my giveaways when you already had both games in your account.
I sent a support ticket reporting you for exploiting a known loophole regarding account synchronisation.
And for reasons unknown you received no penalty for your deception, at least none to my knowledge. Which is a shame considering that all the support members I have had the pleasure of dealing with are very friendly and helpful albeit a little soft on upholding the integrity of this site regarding little shits like you, you little shit.
I truly believe that members who exploit loopholes like you have exploited, on more than one occasion, even after a warning from me on the first giveaway you entered should be suspended at least for a few days as a warning.
Maybe I will create a group dedicated to members who heroically get blacklisted by yourself, maybe I call it "The AngryErpel Blacklisted & Proud Of It Group". A group that rewards heroes for standing up against idiots like yourself you silly little boy.

AngryErpel creates bundled games group giveaways, but instead of limiting it to his group, he includes the majority of the most popular Steam groups (Steamgifts, Indiegala, Reddit, Steam Trading Cards Group, Who's Gaming Now, Steam Universe, etc...).
It's obviously a strategy to get more visibility, since whoever (like me) who only views the group giveaways tab get spammed with his giveaways even though they are bundled giveaways with 2,000+ entries. I don't really give a damn about how AngryErpel uses lousy strategies to advertise his groups, all I want is a clean group giveaways section.

However, when I see a GA with 1k+ entries, I just ignore it and move on, it doesn't take too much time to take a look at number of entries as they're also shown on the group giveaways page.

I have a new rule of thumb on Steam, and so far this is working pretty good.
I delete ANYBODY from my friends list if they invite me to a random group and after investigating a bit I see that it was for one of these "invite your friends to enter the contest".
So far, the amount of random group invites I received has drastically decreased.

I've been lucky with this so far. Outside of spam invites from people in the OTG groups I haven't actually received an invite from a friend.
I do wish there was a better way of handling it on this site and on steam though.

I hate mass group invites to these kind of groups (often for extra 'spots' for a raffle), would be wonderful if there was a group block button.

I had a similar encounter where he added me asking if I wanted to be an admin for his groups. Only to go on to say that I'd have to do regular giveaways for them if I was interested. Have you ever heard of someone who pays to be a janitor? Bold strategy.
