Light's Hope storyline spoiler: I played young Illidan who was fighting against the early onslaught of Legion in Broken Isles during War of the Ancients. BEST QUEST EVER!!!! Game actually lets you play as him!! The agony he suffers when he has to siphon the life essence his from his moon guard, thus killing them, in an effort to destroy some Legion lieutenant have been portrayed really well. I really hope that ignorants will stop seeing him as some evil villain after this quest. (They can still hate him if they want but he is not a villain!) :P

It's a great quest, I definitely suggest watching those on Youtube if you are not gonna play Legion.
Spoilers regarding Light's Heart questline:
First quest lets you witness Illidan's birth, second quest lets you see how Cenarius belittled him and glorified Malfurion (ugh) and the follow up quest is Illidan's somewhat fruitless efforts to destroy only one invasion while he was serving Ravencrest.
I can't wait to see what the next quest will be. I assume we'll see everything regarding his transition into what he is today from his own perspective.
I'm worried about Warcraft's future though, or any Blizzard title for that matter. I don't know if you heard but Chris Metzen retired and core members of Blizzard formed their own game studio called Bonfire Studios.

There is serious lack of Blue posts in both threads. I know he gets a lot of flak for over-used tropes from people (including me) but I can't imagine a World of Warcraft without him in some form. I hope there is no other reason he is retiring except for his family ♥

His recent tweets kinda confirm it too. I don't think there will be many blue posts regarding the matter, there is probably some rule in their contracts that would prohibit them from speaking about it. Metzen was seriously passionate about Warcraft, while I believe his writing could be cheesy from time to time I don't think other writes will do the lore justice.
I think Activision is doing something that is making Blizzard employees unhappy. Could be creative differences or Activision trying to take control of Blizzard titles, I don't know but these sudden events certainly points at Activision in my opinion. I also heard from a friend that Mike Morhaime dropped 50% of his Blizzard shares in June; however, I can't find a source link to confirm it so I'll regard it as rumour at this point; but I wouldn't be too surprised if it had merit in the light of recent events :(

I got 4 with my last try before giving up. The entire time I had been trying the quotes with either exclamation marks or dots, turns out it needs to be with no punctuation! I distinctly remember it being possible to get an answer right even with something extra added to the correct string, has ITH changed while I was away?

I'm going to add an update about 4th question not requiring quotation marks. There are 2 answers but one of them has a punctuation. I'll add a version without the punctuation.
As for 3rd question it's supposed to be the hard one :) I'll give you a hint, he has something only a few other Night Elves do. That makes him unique among other Night Elves. What is it? It's 2 words :)

Got 3 with, again, my last try before giving up. And, honestly, it's a shit answer. It's the one common night elf feature he no longer has. I would never have found it if I hadn't trawled a wiki for night elf appearance keywords to try. I would never have come up with it on my own, since, you know, he doesn't actually have it by the time of his various official appearances.

Hello SG community. This is my first ITH puzzle so I hope I did everything correctly. The game I am giving away behind this quiz is Talos Principle and the level restriction is 3+.
Talos Principle is a masterful game, I spent around 40 hours to get 100% completion on it including Road to Gehenna DLC. I had such a blast playing the game that it quickly became my most favourite puzzle game of all time. One of the most important factors to make it so is not the puzzles themselves but the philosophical discussions I had with the AI and the symbolism within the game. Incredibly well done.
So, I wanted to do a giveaway for this special game using someone who is even more special than anything else: Illidan Stormrage from Warcraft. I've been an Illidan fangirl since Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos and in the past 3 years he's even saved my life in a way I can't explain in public or even private for that matter but he really did. I am currently alive because of him, so I figured "Why not host a GA hidden in an Illidan quiz". The quiz is not really hard, with a bit of research you can find the answers to all questions and maybe learn a little bit about him.

Feel free to share Illidan related fan art, gif or wallpapers in the comments if you like but it is not necessary by any means. I probably have all of them :D

Update: 8th question had 2 correct answers but as I'm quite new to ITH I didn't know how to add the 2nd answer without making the other answer a requirement so I initially added one answer. I guess all I had to do was press Enter and write the other answer on a new line. This question is fixed now and both answers should work. I'm so sorry about the inconvenience this question has caused :(

Hint for Q3: Before he transformed into a demon Illidan had something only a few other Night Elves have. This made him unique and stand out among most of other Night Elves (again in his PRE-DEMON FORM). The answers are staring at you right in the face! :D
