Well, it doesn't take that long and nothing major is required. Just a few clicks here and there and you get a free game. :)

I mean, yeah, just a few clicks here and there, to grab a freegame, okay. But when it becomes an abusive system, its not cool. In the start was 5 actions, then 15, now 22, soon there will be 40 actions.

I was swearing off Gleam buuut they had this at the top of their giveaway page.

The fact that there are 22 steps isn't even the worst part. 16 of them are hidden, so you have to join two Steam groups just to see what else they want you to do. They're trolling, right?
