Solution of this puzzle:

1/9: If you refresh page several times, in the textfield will be appear "i'm ready to rock!". It is a key.
2/9: In source code of page you can find "Tomb Raider". It's wrong answer. Right answer is hidden in style tag:

#xcom { color: enemy; background-color: unknown; }

"XCOM: Enemy Unknown" is a key.
3/9: On this page you can see statement "True is false". This statemant is false. "false" is a key.
4/9: On this page you can see text "And what now?". Word "now" is clickable. When you click it, you will see image. "lie" is written on the image, it is a key.
5/9: On this page you can see image with text "stla". It is word "last" with the moved letters. "last" is a key.
6/9: In source code of page you can find that script: 5*Math.pow(7, 3)+2+3*6. It equals to 1735. 1735 is a key.
7/9: This page contains a very big image with QR code, but image on the page has size 0x0. "too hard" is in the QR code, it is a key.
8/9: On this page you can see "And what will you do now?". Some letters of it are wrapped up in a tags span, which has attribute 'data-n'. If you sort these letters by value in attribute 'data-n', you will get name 'Anna'. It is a key.
9/9: In source code of page you can read "Tomb Raider". Main character of "Tomb Raider" game is Lara Croft. "Lara Croft" is a key.

How to read images like an image from stage 4/9

I used Paint.NET for that:
Open image in Paint.NET. Select the 'Magic Wand' tool. Set it's tolerance to 0% and it's flood mode to 'Global'. Now click in the top left corner of image and press 'Delete' button. That's all! :) For images that contains more than one color you must set the 'Selection mode' to 'Add (union)' and then click on every color on image. Test image
