Metacritic score is mega low mostly because they've "released" the game on steam by promising that it was ready to be played with all his features, when it was still in...alpha? (or worse probably) XD
And anyway probably people prefer to try a "survival zombie game" that costs a few $/€/etc... rather than buying Arma (for the DayZ mod :P)
