I hope they keep it the way Oblivion mods were: FREE.
Havent tried the game yet, but i'm not really interested in it either, i feel its going to be as dull as Oblivion was if you didnt do the main quest (flame incoming prolly, oh well its usual)

If the content is free, then its a great idea. Every time you install the game on a new PC, you can have all your mods carried over too.

They are going to share their development Tools and enter the "Steam Workshop", where you can share and rate your Mods on steam. Sounds awesome, huh?
