Also, believe it or not, as quickly as they can take it, it takes longer to refund it - assuming that funds were actually removed from your account...

GMG is legit, I've spent a lot there. Write on their FB page to get better help. If they still don't help, ask your bank to reverse the charge.

I don't think they scam you. But I suggest using Rixty credit, then use them on GMG, it's safer and better. GMG has many issues with cc in the past

Did you use VPN? I once had vpn on by mistake when I did paypal transaction and got the same thing. It was $5 so I let it go. Speak with customer service although you are violating their ToS if you used vpn.

Are you sure they took the money off your account in the first place? If they did, the refund will take more than minutes to come, usually 2-3 business days as I think it needs to be checked by your bank.

Otherwise you might want to contact GMG. They're legit and quite friendly, so you'll have it sorted in no time.

Transactions is Credits cards, sometimes need some days to appear in your back. Depend of the type of card.

Report the transaction with your bank they can reverse the transaction

Heres a little tip for you, pay with paypal.

My bank took 3 days to process the cashback I got from GMG, so I'd say if they already did it, it's up to your bank to process it. I use MasterCard.

Until there's really something wrong, GMG is a good site, it's where I buy most of my AAA games due to all the sales and stacking vouchers they have.

Whenever a bank payment is refunded it can take your bank 3-5 working days (not including weekends) to process a refund fully, after we have sent the request to them. This is likely the reason why you have not yet seen it come back.

Call Your bank and ask if there's any amount of money stalled for confirmation. Usually You get Your money back in about a month. Don't panic.
