dont drop it on the forum, ask the giveaway creator for a reroll, if the support doesn't which I think they will.

Support should assist in a re-roll. The giver can also ask for a re-roll. In a worst-case scenario, the giveaway will be canceled and the giver will remake it. In any case, you shouldn't do anything at all with the DLC key (if it is a key), or you should trade the gift back to the giver (if it is a gift).

I already submitted a support ticket, so no complaining about that.
I won a giveaway for some DLC that I, unbeknownst to me, already owned. Hopefully support will re-roll it for the creator even though I'm the one that asked for it to be re-rolled.
I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what was done about it? I suppose, if worse comes to worse, I'll just drop it on the forums.
