Hmm, ports I would like to happen? Well, I already own a fair number of consoles and a PC.
That said, there were a few DS games I wouldn't mind playing with another control scheme, and I wouldn't mind a port of the mobile games of Mass Effect and Dead Space to a system I own.

The Last of Us to PC. The trailers and everything look amazing. The premise and story seem super interesting to me too but I am not buying a PS3 just to play one game.
Also Audiosurf for iPhone and Android would be awesome. A game driven by your music on the device that has all your music! Plus accelerometer controls would make it awesome.
