Is that slow to you? At times, Steam downloaded some of my games at 20 kb/sec, especially during summer sales, when my top speed usually reaches 600 and sometimes 1 mb/sec

That's actually really fast to me. But I think he means the peak download rate. Steam has been glitching recently with the sale.

I normally download at 20kbps. That's bytes. Not bits.

i should get around 250 kbps but i normally get 180-200 tops sadly whereas downloads from web browser are 300+
