I'm in the same boat as you. I got the stuff dirt cheap off Amazon. I still need Brutal Legend, but that will be available cheaper, somewhere else. They are a good company, though. I totally respect them. This one is just out of my price range, for one game.

The other games are all one key, according to others. I have all Double Fine games, except Brutal Legend. I'll just go for 75% off somewhere, on this one. Maybe with a coupon or cash back on top of it. The kickstarter kickstarted the BTA a bit too fast.

Gonna wait a bit to see if the average goes down.

It's against Humble Bundle's rules, so they might (if they wanted to enforce it) ban you from future Humble Bundles.
It's not against SG's rules; and it's not SG's job to enforce HiB's rules. It's not illegal or anything -- you're not legally required to follow the ToS on every website you visit, you just risk getting banned from that particular website if you don't. HiB never seems to have enforced that particular rule, either way.

I wanted to think that it was covered in SG's FAQ, but even though the FAQ says that it has a section called "Policy on Bundles", that section doesn't actually exist.
It has come up on the forums in the past, with it being said that SG didn't support giving away parts of bundles if the bundle site itself did not support that action. That was back before bundles became such a big deal, and I could see it being said in order to prevent bad blood between SG and any bundle sites. But, as you say, no one seems particularly concerned on enforcing such an idea. I'd guess that even the bundle sites that say it are largely saying it for their own protection, or as a means to act if some other site starts buying up bundles en masse and reselling the keys separately. (Humble's move to individual game keys only made it easier to redistribute individual games. If they were really concerned, they wouldn't have moved to such a system.)

Psychonauts, Stacking, and Costume Quest are a single key

Well, in that case, it'll probably be in another Humble Bundle (Weekly) as a non-BTA purchase in the future too >.<

That is just being cheap. Help support Double Fine and charity.

Exactly. If only all companies ran their businesses like Humble Bundle does. Buying multiple games for $1 split multiple ways, and with CC and Amazon/Google/Paypal fees, your "purchase" is probably costing them money.

Like gia said, they're it's $1 for all three or .33 each now. Brutal Legend is $5 when it's 75% off so once it went past $6 ($5 + $1 for those three) it was no longer worthwhile. (ignoring the soundtracks)
Once it goes past $9.75 ($5 + $1 + $1.25x3 for the soundtracks) it'd be best to only do the $1 purchase and buy the rest when they're 75% off.

You can put it all to charity. Giving $6 to charity is overpaying?

I agree with you. Being digital items, there is very little cost at selling them, as long as original costs are brought back. I don't feel bad for buying things at 75% off or better. If they get, lets say 5 times the sales at 75%, they make more money. That wouldn't be true for physical goods that have a manufacturing cost, but these digital ones maybe have small licensing fees, bandwidth costs, etc. I doubt that adds up to much.
I don't have a lot of money, so unless I want 10 games total, buying them at 75% off or better tends to be the only way.
This is one of the few bundles where it just isn't a good deal to get the BTA item. Maybe if they add another one later, but it is a new release (On the pc) and it will be down to $5 sooner or later. Probably before the end of the year.
I have all the other Double Fine stuff, so I'll be passing on this unless the average drops down quite a bit.
