Paradox "Complete" Pack? I don't see such a thing... Beware as nearly all packs are just partial or with a very small selection of games from the publisher.

Did not mean "complete" sorry, but the pack is here.

Yep, seen this one, thanks! A shame there is no real Complete Pack this time, maybe this winter :)

Is it just me, or sales really not so tasty? Less than $15 in cart. Or maybe I have so much games that I dont need... well... much more.

I hope you aren't adding all of what you want now instead of waiting to see if it comes on a daily

Indeed nothing spectacular yet. Most of the games have been on sale somewhere before on same or on less price.
Also sucks that Steam sees every sale as $=€=£, really ramps up the costs the higher the price.

Sadly the site doesn't list all the titles in sales. So don't blindly think that it has all the games listed there.
Thanks though for the info.

Hey cg (or anyone) are you going to make the publisher packs as a giveaway type? i hope not because then lets say you buy the sega hit collection for 50$, your donations is at like 470$ i find that cheap, so i hope you dont make it so that people can give away these publichser packs

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Why does it matter. They can giveaway them in here later anyways.
I'm sure many exploit the system anyways the same way, I don't really see how this prevents anything.

I hope they do... So we will see a lot of publisher packs giveaways :D

sorta makes contributor only discounts (like 100$) pointless

If the packs are only available during the sale, then the sale's price should be attached to it. For the packs that are here all-year long, the maximum price is $99.99 so it's not that bad.

I have looked for about 10 minutes but cannot find an answer. Does anyone know, or have experience, if the bundles allow gift-able copies of games you already have? If not, I may not be buying many bundles this sale.

Unless they specifically say so on the bundle page, the answer should be no.

Yea, I will only be buying the first Indie bundle than it looks like.

I tried buying the bundle, it explicitly warns me that there is no giftable copies for stuff you own.

Prices listed are USD.

Want to look up a specific game on Steam Game Sales, but don't know how? Go to steamgamesales.com/[insert the Steam app URL here].
Example: for Fortix, the URL on Steam is http://store.steampowered.com/app/45400/ Take the "app/45400/" part and append it to "steamgamesales.com" to get: http://www.steamgamesales.com/app/45400/. That will automatically redirect to SGS's URL for the game. (Sometimes this redirected page won't have the past sales information. In that case, you'll just have to use the regular SGS search.)

My big question is why are the sale prices not being reflected in the giveaways? It's not fair to the entrants to fork out $150-worth of points for a publisher pack, when the person doing the giveaway is only paying $50, for example. There are quite a lot of giveaways on here that are not being done properly because of that. $2.50 games being put on here at $10, etc., etc.

That's standard with any sale, be it summer sale or midweek madness. It leaves into account the base price, not including any discounts.
