It shouldn't be surprising that once stuff gets bundled a ordinary/lame -50% ish sale fails to impress.

Paradox lost the license for Mount & Blade as far as I know

instead of a whole child you could always just sell a small piece of your ass to be eaten on craigslist. the ammount of money is small enough and children seem like they'd be worth more and its so hard to get change.
...but make sure they actually know how to amputate so you don't mistakenly bleed to death like that one guy...(agreed to let random guy eat part of his shoulder, bandages didn't help, refused hospital while they waited for it to cook so he could eat some too... but he passed out and the attempted canibal drove him to the hospital anyway but it was too late, criminal charges followed. the worst part is the roast burned and went to waste)

actually for $20 you could probably get away with only selling blood. much safer to donate, can be mixed into a porrage, and best of all it grows back so you can make it a monthly dinner outing instead of a one time thing.
