The thing is that if she would turn me down, it would become slightly awkward since we work together so i'm really worried about that aswell..i dunno, it's strange..but i have already promised to tell her next time i'll see her so well...we'll see...

Happened to me, I was in love, the girl had a small crush on me too (and I'm not making it up, she said it numerous times) and when I approached her, she said she doesn't believe in love at such a "young" age. She said no, I still have a slight crush on her, but luckily for me, she turned into a dumbass "belieber" so half the time I can't stand her.
