Problem with SC:BL

Splinter Cell: Blacklist has been released 2 days ago right? but why it's still pre-loading in my library?

do somebody have this kind of problem too?

oh yea, if i redeemed a pre-ordered gift from another guy from another planet, do i have to wait for the game to release in his/her planet?
