I don't want to join this time around since I already have the game, but I'd like share my fake giveaway story.

After being taunted by the green bar of melancholy for seven days with no contact from the guy, I added him to politely remind him that he had three giveaways that were awaiting his attention.
I was promptly told to "fuck off". I responded that I will mark the giveaway as not received and that he should have a good day.
It was just a minor DLC so it wasn't a big loss. The upshot is that he can no longer create giveaways and hasn't won anything since. :)
