Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter not visible in other people's libraries

Just a heads up, it seems that SS HD: TSE doesn't show when you view someone else's library (even though they can see it themselves). I'm sure that's why no one can enter the DLC. So if it seems like someone didn't redeem their win, they probably did, you just can't see it.

Then contact steam support. If its not there then that means it is removed from your license list and you no longer own it.
