Time to try this out

I was considering just typing alt+255 in the review boxes and leaving relevant positives / neutrals / negatives all round and then leave a generalised, sweeping statement in here of how you might (or might not) need to improve.

I have to say though, it might have been easier to have just one big text box for all the support staff and then write out a generic response for the certain members that all have pretty much the same traits then personalise the ones that might need more feedback followed by 3 radio buttons for each member so we can give a definitive -1/0/+1 rating.
As it was, I felt compelled to write a more personalised response for each member but say pretty much exactly the same thing for each without it sounding too much like a copy-pasta job which was hard!

 I havent had a single problem with any member of staff, everything I have seen them do seemed justified. Keep being awesome.

I know what I'm gonna say about Raiden. Needs to be more out in the open and maybe make a topic or two about interesting subjects. So far I'm disappointed in his lack of PR and silly posts these days! Nyeh!!!!
