Probably values instilled in us by mothers, or fathers, intent on making lovers,
not haters, say what you like but don't slate us,
we're here for the sooners and not for the laters,
we're here to create immediate gratification through sating the needs of all nations
for free games, from all genres, price-brackets and from PCs to Playstations.
But most of us dream of a Elysium that exists among the bad tags and recommendations of Steam.
It is there that we give most of our gifts, an experience that enriches and uplifts,
a feeling of elation, sure take the piss, but giving others something they may otherwise miss.
It is this, pure and with nothing amiss, that makes us give gifts to give you and ourselves bliss.

Oh god, this post is gonna get long..

I'm a jerk because:

• I haven't played one of the games I've won (Two if you count the game I just won 2 days ago xD), though I'm going to remedy that tonight >.>
• I won CS:GO and Rust, and haven't played them as much as I feel like I should have. I had fun with them, but I haven't played them a hundred (or hundreds of) hours like others have.

On the other hand, I'm a Not-Jerk because:

• I've played all my other wins (of varying time, though.)
• I've done puzzles! :D (I need to do another one soon, no inspiration in a while D:)
• I hope I've done helpful threads...given the kinds I make though, they may not be :P
• I dunno if you'd consider This an event or not o.o
• I gave away all kindsa stuff before my first win!

So I guess I'm not so jerky after all ;o

Idk which category I belong in. I've won a few games but never played them (yet) and used Idle Master to get the trading cards. (In my defense, Im busy with school and have a big backlog to clean out.) However, I always thank people that make good giveaways, especially nonbundled games. cough cough

I would like to try for the Jerkfest Consolation Prizes:

Gave away Gun Monkeys,Planets Under Attack,X-Blades before I even won any myself.
Won some great games like Arkham Origins DLC's and actually played them too.I played some other games I won too but these are the ones I consider great.
Got some achievements playing those trading card games I won, instead of using Idle Master for the free cards. I never idle away anyways cause my PC needs to be touched every 5 minutes or it will go into stand by...:P I like to keep it that way..!!!

I qualify as a jerk! I won great games (Darksiders) but never played them.

I can probably qualify for both jerk and non-jerk...

Jerk:

1. Haven't played the wins from steamgifts yet. (Have a full time job and also taking full school credits with it and that too masters level. Play Cricket for my university and have gf that takes whatever time I have left. I only get to play games these days if my gf has a weekend shift and I don't have much work left.
2. Idled a few games to get the cards (actually idled the games when I was sleeping and not using some script or software)
3. Did the robo-commenting thing in the beginning when I was new to the site. Would just copy paste thanks from other people and not even type it myself.

Non-Jerk:

1. As you said, made the fun Thanksgiving giveaway event
2. Gave away more games than I've won.
3. Actually have played some of the games that I won here.
4. and a few more I guess..

You can decide where I fit though.

(Un)fortunately I've:
-Lied about what game I'm giving away to get more CV (did not work, bitched about it)
-Have not read FAQ, no intention of ever reading said FAQ
-Only game I've ever sent was a leftover copy of Insurgency that I sent a week late
-Thought to myself "What assholes" for everyone whose ever said thank you on this site

I would consider myself as a jerk but... I also do some good things! :P
I'm a jerk because:

• I still haven't played many great games I won here, eventhough I'd love to ASAP
• I want more and more games every each day, I'm such a greedy man... Eventhough I know I won't have that much time to play all the games.

For the other side, I'm also a good person sometimes...

• I always read all the rules, instructions etc.
• I visit, read and participate in forum discussions.
• I played a lot of games I won here and most of them were great.
• I love helping other people and do a good stuff.
• I never intentionally break any rules

So, You decide who I am more :P I really couldn't stick to one, sometimes You have to be a good guy and sometimes You should think about yourself only, shouldn't You?:P

Because i didnt apply for any of the Jerky things and i thanked people for their giveaways, i made three puzzles with only up to 10 entries each Here and Here i couldnt find the third one :D i actually play my wins :P

I've played the one game I won.

I checked the rules for the Jerk thing and I couldn't find one that applied to me or even think about a new one that did.

I've read the FAQ for the site just to make sure I didn't do anything that would ban me (calling out stood out.)

I've given away games and a little bonus when I've had them (DIE if they or a friend didn't own it or a coupon if they did.)

I would like to enter the Jerkfest.
I have:

1. Suspended for begging
2. Asked people to send you paypal/keys/games/metal/whatever for a chance to win something
3. Idle Mastered your wins for the trading cards, and never played the games
4. Cheated on/spoiled someone's forum puzzle
5. Never thanked someone for buying a game, even after you won their giveaway

It's a fun idea so I'm commenting for visibility, let's keep this topic floating for at least couple of hours.

I would like to try for the Jerkfest Consolation Prizes.

• I created 8 giveaways before I won a single game (all sent and received).
• I usually thank people just after I join a giveaway, with a different comment each time. If the description says to say something different instead of "thanks" I do so. I read the description of the giveaway and follow the instructions (like checking Greenlight for a game, etc).
• When a site gives free keys for any game, I get only one and activate in my own account. I don't farm keys for increasing my CV.
• I format my posts nicely. ;-)

I would like to try for the Jerkfest Consolation Prizes. Sadly I can't fulfill any of the jerkfest entry requirements, yet I always say Thank you if I receive a game or if I enter for a private or just a really nice GA. And if I win a game I install it immediately and play it.
