I'm another person that hasn't won Fortix...it must be REALLY good if it entitles you to be a true member of the SG community.

I don't know about that. Consider it more like a hazing ritual. It's given away a lot because it's cheap. There's a general consensus that you shouldn't buy Fortix for yourself and that you need to win it. That being said, I do think it's a good game but that's not why it's considered a must to be part of the community.

Just keep trying. Don't expect to win every giveaway, you'll just end up disappointed. Expect nothing, and you'll be pleasantly surprised. :D
