I would try checking the Greenlight page for the game, that would be the obvious place to look.

Although they might say something, BundleStars has no obligation to inform, deliver or anything after the sale is final. Groupees has now stopped guaranteeing keys, so I wouldn't expect BundleStars to start. It's much easier to just let the developer take care of it and deliver through Desura.

I said effort, not amount. I meant on doing the bundle split, myself. I'll just end up buying it and giving away the rest of the games. You never know, someone might come along on one of the split sites and have it already, saving me the trouble. It isn't like I am in a rush. I have enough of a backlog to last the next few decades.
