Your dog ate your socks? Post it here instead of spamming the forum. Unlike this thread, the site isn't called SteamComplaints.

Complaint #2; I stored my points in a giveaway for 160 points and I forgot to take them back before the giveaway ended, FML.

yeah ive got a complaint. i just realised that steam only has like 4 games starting with Y and i think its blatant prejudice. id love to see a petition started to get more games on steam that start with Y. the letter deserves more respect than it gets... where would todays lazy youth be without being able to use Y?

I was able to successfully use them to refund a CPU I bought when I found a better deal somewhere else.

That's surprising, I bought two things from them and on the one they tried to deny me a rebate. On the other, they sent me the wrong item, twice, and then tried to tell me it was my fault.

Well, I had them called the very next day and told them I accidentally left it in my cart when I ordered, but they had already shipped it, so they said just ship it back, and I got my refund.

I consider myself lucky with support, since every time I write them, they respond within a day or 2.
