If it helps: Commandos 3 was given out for free just within the past month, and said it wouldn't be tradeable. It is now tradeable. (Albeit for a very small amount, at current.)

Disciples was $5 but it's now $3. Men of War: Red Tide was $1 but now is $3. NecroVisioN: Lost Company was $1 but now is $3.

I didn't trade in anything yet. All of these were given out for free at some point.
