I've been using PixelVision for quite some time, myself.

Some of them are really bad (IMO), but they all have preview screenshots and shit so it should be easy to pick one you like. Installing them is real easy as well.

Pixelvision is my most favorite, and the best of 'em all IMO. Once you use it you will never want to come back to old greyish Steam skin.

Was not aware you can change skins in steam, thanks for the skins and information.

At the moment, I am using the Windows 8 Theme, and I have to say, I am loving it! The choice of colours by the creator are awesome. It's still being developed and updated though, I should mention.

Those with ponies are great but any chance to change the font? :)

i was a big fan of the obsidian skin with old steam. still no remake :(

I've been using Pixelvision for absolutely ages now, it feels so weird going back to normal steam, that it's pretty much become one of the essential installs.
