HINTS:

SOLUTION:

The numbers signify the counts of letters in provided text.
So solving this is basicly:

  1. Count occurrences of each letter.
  2. Find the same numbers and get letter.
  3. You have the code!

It just counts how many of each letter is in that text... Misses some for loops and few other things...
