I searched Google a bit and it turns out all the weapons have variants listed in the files.

Here is a blog post from the person who runs TF2B which shows that CS:GO has had it's backpack since at least March 21, 2012. It's since been removed from TF2B, I'm assuming because it hadn't been used.

Hmm, I heard from some site that theres a possiblity of CS:GO becoming f2p with micro-transactions. It was a while ago so I guess it was a fake rumor.

they are probably going to introduce skins to buy, preety much like how blops 2 did, i hope they add bacon and kawaii too.

yeah they are adding micro transactions to csgo now, I feel this the way valve is going to handle all their games sooner or later :(

I think forcing this stuff on CS is a bad idea. It's really about complete balance and per game progression...

It's Valve, they want money so more items ! And it sucks when it comes to the point when trading becomes more stressed upon than gaming.
