Is it moral to enter TES V: Skyrim LE giveaway if I have regular Skyrim without DLCs?

As in topic. I'd love to win these DLCs, but there are tons of people which don't have Skyrim at all. So I don't know. What do you think?

That's up to the gifter. They always have the final say on this, even in public giveaways. If they feel the winner owns too much of a particular collection, they're allowed to ask for a reroll. Ask them. If they don't respond, feel free to enter anyway, just prepare yourself for possible disappointment even if you do win.

I guess the best solution would be to give away Skyrim without DLCs, but that's impossible as far as I know (of course except just buying 'clean' Skyrim). I have to ask the gifter then. Thanks for your response.
