We tend to complain about a lot of giveaway groups by newer users that require monthly giveaways. They tend to be scams.

Yeah I am also not gonna go and start a group that makes me look like a hypocrite with rules that usually spell failure(Some not even stated, like amount of users allowed and how many groups you can be apart of like in ozo2003's case). Btw I spot a ton of bundle game giveaways on the group page...so Meh.

If you're advertising a group, it's considered smart to actually tell people what your criteria are. Since there is nothing saying anything about group count that I can see, I'm forced to assume that the truth is that you don't like ozo2003 and don't want him in your group, but you're too much of a pussy to actually say that to him. It's actually rather funny.
