YEAH, I have received the Steam Key this morning for the Mafia II on the promotional purchase from GameFly.
I bought that Shuttered Union for only 60 pences and received free Mafia II game. Did you received it ?!

I bought a DLC (Civ5:BNW) and I still got it, which is weird because I bought it 2 days after the Mafia II promotion was suppose to be over I think.

Exact same story here, it wasn't supposed to apply to DLCs and I bought it after all mention of Mafia 2 was removed but still got the mail today. I'm happy. :)

Brave New World counts as an expansion. It's much more expensive than your regular $2 DLCs.

Even if, 99% of the bundles requires to pay 1$, where I paid 60 cents here, still 40 cents in advantage :))))

VAC bans apply purely to Steam game servers and even if they didn't Gamefly still couldn't give you one.

Your steam account will get locked if you use VPN. It happened to me.
