Well, I won a Dota 2 steam gift, Idk why, but I already have this, I was going to make a giveway but I couldn't find it on the create giveway's games list... How to proceed?

what makes no sense is that you knowingly accepted it when you already had it, then wanted to re-gift it on top of that, both of which are against the rules here.

you should have declined it and just let the giveaway get re-rolled?

I didn't accept anything, I just logged on steam after a long time and had 3x Dota idk the reason, I am not going to use it since I already have, anyway I'll figure out what to do with these

ah okay sorry, the way you worded it you made it sound like you won it in a giveaway here. anyway Dota 2 giveaways can no longer be created on here. if there are still a few active it's because they were created weeks ago.

If you won it and you already have it and haven't claimed it yet, you MUST ask the giveaway creator to re-roll it and choose a new winner.

Winning games you already own is against the rules and will earn you a suspension. Re-gifting a game you won is ALSO against the rules and will earn you a suspension.

I didn't win it on a giveway, It just showed up on my inventory (3x copies)

I said on the beggining, I don't know why I did won these copies
