Wow you should reply to support. That is pretty stupid
EDIT:FIRST!

Hijacking, I work with (not for) IndieGala on a professional basis, while working with IndieGala has been amazing, GalaGiveaways seems to have multiple issues with support; including but not limited to:
bad PR, lack of internal communication, and lack of decisiveness on important decisions (such as banning).

Well, doesn't surprise me that they are stupid. Did they ask for your side of the story at all?

Nope, I mentioned that in my reply to their message.
He sent me Super Monday Night Combat which is F2P and the giveaway was for Monday Night Combat. It's a completely different game.
I had informed him of this and he tried to bribe me with another key. I said I already had that game and even if I did not I would not accept it as that is against the rules. There was no insults and I can even forward you the e-mails between us.
You should probably ask both sides of the story before making threats like that.

Hopefully, it goes well for you, and that jerk gets in trouble. Do they suspend such users there at least?

Well, stupid people stick together and like each other, it is how it is :/

"I won something Super Monday Night Combat on GalaGiveaways and the user sent me Super Monday Night Combat which in case you don't know is free to play and a totally different game."
You should probably edit that. I was a bit confused at the beginning.

I'm surprised you managed to stay long enough to actually win a game. I checked it out for around two days, and then the terrible layout, comment section for giveaways, and the whole system made me annoyed to even be there. It's funny they changed his to positive feedback before even seeing what you had to say about the situation; terrible support, as I doubt he even provided proof. I enjoy how SG required proof of some sort for different situations.
I'm not even sure why they bothered creating GG; they should just stick with Indie Gala bundles..

I gave you the chance to get a free game.
That part gives me a laugh every time I read it.

How would they know if you were lying or him unless you explain it to them as well? Unless you respond, all they have to go on is his word. You never notified support. They are responding to the other guys claim without your input. Send them a response and/or screenshots and I'm sure they'll clear it up.

I still don't see the part where you contacted GG. Only talking to the "gifter", his complaint to GG, and their response to the complaint. Unless that's what you mean by "I message them" but I read that as messaging the gifter. Good luck with your case, either way.

The fact that the response isn't anything fun to read and that I assumed common sense would kick in for most people and they'd realize that I obviously sent a response. I posted it in reply to one of DeltaBladeX which was the second post in the thread. Whether I defended myself or not is irrelevant though as the issue is how unprofessional GalaGiveaways Support seems to be.

I won Monday Night Combat on GalaGiveaways and the user sent me Super Monday Night Combat which in case you don't know is free to play and a totally different game. I message them and informed them in case it was a mistake, they apologized and offered me a Multiwinia key to give him positive feedback. I declined as I already had the game and wouldn't want to break the rules anyway. Then I receive this e-mail from GalaGiveaways Support threatening to suspend me for apparently insulting the user and lying.
Here is the conversation between the user and myself where I was supposedly insulting him and lying about receiving the incorrect gift.
Here are the e-mails that I received from GalaGiveaway Support in which you can tell they truly are professionals! When I tried to go to GalaGiveaways I realized I was banned and when I inquired as to why, this is the conversation that followed.
