Its totaly senseless anyway, because everyone get the points so everyone have more points to spend and its kinda useless for raising CV because its going to be on the blacklist... so the raised CV fall down when an admin is online...

Can't mods/admin just add a perma-banner at the top of the page that would say "Creating giveaways for free games is not allowed" or something like that?
