Not sure if contact support works either, I opened a ticket due to different issue 5 days ago, and I have not received any feedback.
Then I opened another support ticket 1 day ago, and again, no feedback from admins.

The issue is with Steam so there's no point in opening tickets here. Unfortunately Steam support neither understand nor can help with this issue. It will go away after an arbitrary number of days so just keep an eye out on your account games list and re-sync when it's gone.

I had the same issue with Worms Reloaded after the free weekend. The problem is with Steam because the game stays on the game list for a few extra days. I don't think there is anything at all you can do. I know I missed pretty much all the giveaways for Worms Reloaded that game after the free weekend discount. It sucks but it's Steams fault and support won't do anything about it (especially since it's not a problem on Steam).

Hi guys, I received a guest pass for Red Orchestra 41-45 10 days ago, now it has expired, but steamgifts still lists red orchestra as a game on my account. It is no longer in my library on steam, but it is here, even if I sync my account. What do I do?
