I have been waiting for a game like this, but done with a more capable team than those who made Fort Zombie. Fort Zombie was a technical mess, but the ideas in that game made me excited with doing what other zombie games could only half-ass.

Important Question:

I have a question.

Can you change your password and E-Mail later?

Cause kickstarter don't support PayPal. :/

For example:

I trade on Steamtrades a game for an Account.

Is this possible?

You can change your Kickstarter e-mail and password, if that is what you are asking.

That's why I'm hoping some people with some big wallets support. If they get even twice that, it will be so much better.

Besides, this is just so it can get to a playable Alpha faster.

Yeah, this isn't going to happen unless they have someone else giving them several million, in which case they wouldn't even have a Kickstarter page.

Waste of time.

Eh, well while you wait, you might want to try Dead Frontier, it's overhead 3rd person though and I haven't played it in a year, but it was fun for awhile.

Looks like it could be amazing. Wish I had to money to pay the $25 to get the game when it releases.

Already spend 25$. This game sounds too awesome to be true! I hope that I will not be disappointed, we will see ;)

So many kickstarter projects lately.. makes me skeptical over the validness of these ideas, specially since what they get are massive amounts of donations in cash for things that don't really exist just yet.

This, and the fact that I dont have any money from all the Amazon deals and the rediculous number of good indie bundles lately is why I have only backed The Banner Saga, and am still thinking about Shadowrun Returns.

I definitely like the premise and they sound like they know what they are doing. Making it procedurally generated is probably the best direction for them to go, making just so many assets and then letting the world design itself instead of having to take the pain-staking and time-intensive effort of building the entire world themselves(even one only a fraction the size of the procedural ones they have proposed).

I just wonder if even with this kickstarter they'll be able to actually finish the game. I don't really want to put $25 into something that may only ever reach playable-Alpha and then die due to a lack of funding. At the same time I would really like to see this game made. I don't really have the money to contribute right now but I will keep an eye on it.

Kickstarter is great and all, but soon someone's "awesome idea" will bomb and go under with the fans investments, their trust, and be end of the charitable attitude towards alpha funding that many indies now enjoy.

I hope this is 'not' that game.

It would have to be something big to have that much impact, like the Wasteland 2 thing they have going. If that failed miserably, I could maybe see that.

It doesn't have to be that big. If someone screws up bad, the whole indie scene will explode with the news.

Project Zomboid is also a zombie survival. It's not first person, but currently in alpha. Go check it out.

I have Project Zombiod (Won it from SPUF), and its a pretty good game, but I personally just like the feel of First Person games better.

I've been active on the forums for around 5-6 months now. I unfortunately can't pay the $25 necessary for the game (I am completely broke right now, literally), but from the developer's comments (he is very active on the forums) it's shaping up to be an amazing game.

Some people prefer DRM-free games more than games with DRM. Convenience, not having to log-in, etc.

I like Steam just because I can connect with friends better.

If you have any reservations about the game, they reached their goal at least.

I'm still on the fence about this. It seems like an interesting game and a good project. But... something kinda rubs me the wrong way about it overall. Plus I'm not sure I can afford another $25-50 for a game I won't see for who knows how long.
