Completely FAKE.
I have firebug too - those entries are not there.
Besides, it also doesn't state there will be bonuses unlocked, whereas it always has in the past when there are indeed unlocks - so it's more than likely there will be no bonuses whatsoever.

Firebug show them to me and chrome too
Edit: not checked today, but yesterday. Search in the source code

Checked source code too (should have mentioned that earlier). Nothing.
Comment has been collapsed.
I just checked it and it's not there, but it was there yesterday. They must have removed it once they knew people could find it. You don't have to believe us, but you'll feel like a fool in a few days lol.
Comment has been collapsed.
How the hell is it fake when there is a Youtube video by HumbleBundle themselves.
Comment has been collapsed.
The info was there in the source yesterday. I saw it myself. They removed it when they noticed people were spreading the info.
And, except for the last 2 bundles (where they changed it so non-BTA wouldn't get the extras), HB has NEVER advertised beforehand that there would be bonuses.
Comment has been collapsed.
If I remember correctly, if you bought the Humble Bundle before they added bonus games, they automatically add them to your Humble page free of charge. That might be just if you paid more than the average, but I've never paid under the average so I couldn't tell you. :B
Comment has been collapsed.
You remember correctly. If the bonus games are BTA then you have to BTA to get them.
Comment has been collapsed.
Is this confirmed or people thing it will be like this because of the several last bundles?
I just don't see the previous message on the page saying 'more BTA games coming, pay BTA now to get them' or something like that. That's it I could be blind or they might not say it and still do it this time.
Great bonuses nonetheless....
Comment has been collapsed.
All Humble bundles, except for the last 2, have bonus games for non bta early buyers.
Comment has been collapsed.
Uhm, what would I want with an DLC for a game that I don't have?! Maybe just placeholders.
Comment has been collapsed.
Maybe for if you eventually get Arkham Origins? If you liked Asylum and City chances are you'll want to get Origins later. I enjoyed Asylum and City greatly and currently loving Origins. If I didn't know any better I'd never suspect that Rocksteady didn't make Origins.
Comment has been collapsed.
If you go to the page and look in the source code, you can find descriptions for all of these games/DLC. Given that, there's no way that these aren't the bonuses.
Comment has been collapsed.
Did you actually do that or are you just going by the photoshopped image the OP provided? Sorry, but those entries aren't there.
Comment has been collapsed.
It actually makes a lot of sense if you give like 2 seconds of your time to think.
With this bundle, they give the first and second batman, and that generates interest in the new game, Arkham Origins. And now giving a dlc for it, they will generate even further interest on it. This will translate in more Arkham Origins sale.
Logic, how does it work?
Comment has been collapsed.
Dick move? Yeah, giving bonuses is totally a dick move.
LOL. And no, it will not produce the opposite effect. Again, please think for two seconds. If you dont see why people are more prone to get Arkham Origins after getting the first two games and a DLC for this one...
Comment has been collapsed.
They can even give you a sh*t.You can't complain about it as it was free and you made absolutely nothing to earn it.Don't say you payed for it.You payed for the present bundle, not the bonuses.
Comment has been collapsed.
I don't care about how many bonuses I will get or not. I wouldn't complain if I would get those games minus this DLC. Hell, I wouldn't complain even if I wouldn't receive any bonus. War in the North for 1$ it's quite good deal for me.
The point is this is example of a really bad PR. Yes, no one forces me to buy new game but no one should imply it in that intrusive way too, especially that it's just a beta sold at full price.
But maybe you're right. I don't give a fuck about Batman series and won't buy the last one myself but maybe there are some naive people who succumb to such pathetic tricks. Their money, their loss. Just don't complain when this site will get flooded by giveaways with that scrap.
Comment has been collapsed.
a beta sold at full price? you have no idea, what you are talking about. you don't own it. i do. and believe me, it's not the bug desaster you seem to think (as always, the internet overstates absolutely everything). i finished the game in 21 hours and didn't see a single bug.
and btw, i would be happy about a free AO DLC as a bundle bonus. so would many others, since many bought that game. of course the intention is obvious. but who cares? do you also complain about things like "3 for the price of 2" deals in the supermarket? or the McMenu? ^^
Comment has been collapsed.
Nice find. There was speculation that there would be no bonuses this bundle but if this is true then this'll be great.
Comment has been collapsed.
shit, he's right.
I searched the code up myself ._.

How can fear be there? WB didn't publish that?
Also weird that Batman AO DLC is there.
Comment has been collapsed.
WB's listed as the publisher on FEAR's Steam page
Comment has been collapsed.
Huh. Weird. Someone else published the first one.
Just checked Saints Row 3. It's not published by THQ. So I guess they use the person who have the rights now.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, yes, the person who has the rights is the one who sells the game, therefore being the publisher. Always has been this way :P
Comment has been collapsed.
not neccessarily, for instance the publishers of arkham assylum didnt publish the GOTY version hence everyone with windows live getting GOTY as thats the version WB games could give out on steam, some publishers own the IP some dont, for instance mario and zelda games albeit largely ignored ones were published on the PC and CDI nintendo own the IP and have pretty much deleted said games from history as they were awful but nintendo still owns the IP and no doubt the publishing rights returned to them at some point
Comment has been collapsed.
Arkham Asylum non-GOTY hasnt been available for quite some time so my point still stands :P
Comment has been collapsed.
the reason for that likely being the license period ended eidos no longer have the rights to publish the game they reverted to warner bros, it happens alot owners of IP license it out to other companies for x number of years, Bethesda own the fallout IP for instance and licensed the first 3 pc games back to interplay to sell for a limited period but they still owned it hence fallout 3 and NV were bethesda productions, iirc interplays license ends this year and after the song and dance with fallout online i dont imagine itll be renewed somehow
Comment has been collapsed.
They may have bought the franchise, so that usually implies that they are the publishers now.
Comment has been collapsed.
Or maybe he just doesnt play Gotham City Imposter and dont own Batman: Arkham Origins to activate the DLC, like me. Those are the crappy bonuses, because, and as you said, MK is just legen- wait for it - DARY!, and Fear 1 will complete the collection :P
But I would really like to see a LEGO Batman on that bonus list tho :/
Comment has been collapsed.
This bundle is perfect, im glad they keep the lego games away of this bundle, which will increase the chance of apparence of humble lego bundle ;)
About Batman:AO was strategy to convince people buy the game, which its a good markting strategy if you think about it
Comment has been collapsed.
Hm... you´re kinda right... but I wont buy Batman: AO right now just ´cause I´ve received a DLC from Humble Bundle. I would prefer something else... like Fear 2: Reborn DLC for example :)
Oh, and a LEGO bundle would be sweet :3
Comment has been collapsed.
i've been playing games since early 90s so i guess im not a new school gamer. And since im not a new school gamer i already played fear 1 so i have no interested in getting it, i already played it and im not a game collector.
the f2p game bonus is meh, the batman origin dlc is ..ok i guess, i will get batman origins at some sale. and i couldnt care less for the mortal kombat legacy, sure they are legendary, but i've played those LONG LONG LONG AGO. im PRETTY SURE i wouldnt download them again
So yeah, kinda crappy bonuses cause they are old games that i (and probably almost everyone) have already played it, but hey, if u want them just to see a bigger number in your library its okey i guess
Comment has been collapsed.
That was based on steam database updates. This one the SITE CODE. You can count 100% on this.
Comment has been collapsed.
Can you give me proof of that. A example that happened before?(spoiler alert: no, you can't)
Comment has been collapsed.
Except that if you went to the site itself you could see that it was there by seeing the code yourself. So, unless someone hacked into humble bundle servers, yes, it is reliable. You cannot change a site's code without having access to it. This not about people copy pasting and editing the code. This about the code itself that anyone could see(and many testified here) and verify.
Comment has been collapsed.
Huh, I thought he was full of it, but after going through the code myself, I can confirm he's right. That's pretty cool. I was hoping for the first FEAR since I already own it but lost my play CD in a move years ago. I'm disappointed the new Mortal Kombat isn't included though.

Will the non BTA buy early buyer get the bonuses?
Comment has been collapsed.
Don't think so. The last few bundles you had to BTA to get the bonuses.
Comment has been collapsed.
Probably just to get people used to that way of doing things.
Comment has been collapsed.
Makes exactly zero sense. If there was a requirement of beating the BTA, they would surely have announced, otherwise they just would end up getting less people getting the BTA.
So, yeah, bonus will be for early buyers, BTA and non-BTA.
Comment has been collapsed.
You don't know this for sure though. Just because it doesn't say it doesn't mean it's not the way it is. They've been changing the way they do things lately so who knows.
Comment has been collapsed.
Again, that makes exactly zero sense. If BTA was required, announcing it beforehand would give more profits.
I can bet with 100% certainty that there will be bonuses, and those will be given for all early-buyers, BTA or not.
Comment has been collapsed.
You can always add more to your payment when the bonuses gets unlocked to get them. So not really ;)
Comment has been collapsed.
Erm, my point still stands. If people knew there was a bonus for BTA buyers, most of them would pay more. By paying more, they would keep the BTA high. Thus, Humble Bundle would have more profits this way.
So, yes, really :P
Comment has been collapsed.
It does make sense cause they didn't bother to mention the key redeeming would be different beforehand. Just because they don't mention it doesn't mean it's not that way. They don't say anywhere that everyone gets bonuses do they? No one will know for definite till the bonuses actual pop up.
Like I said in my first reply I don't think so. I never said you won't. Thinking something is someway doesn't mean it is. I may be wrong or you may be wrong it's not that big a deal.
Comment has been collapsed.
I love when people say "always" on a change that was only in 1/2 bundles. Almost all their bundles never had any mentions, yet because they had two where they did, you say that they did this "always"
LOL.
Comment has been collapsed.
They ALWAYS announce that there will BE bonuses, not what the bonuses will be.
Here it says no such thing and that source code is 'shopped.
Comment has been collapsed.
No, they dont. Except for the two latest bundles, they NEVER, EVER, said that there would be bonuses, and you wouldnt find any mention of them at all(until they actually appeared). I swear some people get amnesia every month. They never announced that it would be bonuses before the two previous bundles. You guys have to stop using the word "ALWAYS" on something that happened two times. That is not how the word works.
So nope, you are wrong, and the source code is definitely not shopped, checked it myself. That, and you are clearly ignoring the videos for this games on THE FREAKING HUMBLE BUNDLE OFFICIAL YOUTUBE CHANNEL.
Comment has been collapsed.
You might want to actually read the OP
They are there. Unlisted, sure, but they are there.
Comment has been collapsed.
Ah, cool. I was starting to doubt they were actually there, but now I know for sure.
