The second one is a basketball jersey and athletic pants. Somehow they manage to make it look extremely cheap, material-wise.

Personally I like it when cosplayers put in as much effort into their costumes as they can, basically the longer it looks to have taken to have made the custom the better I like it (and of course how accurate it is). Though I have seen some very simple costumes that were very accurate to the character and I thought were far better then some of the more elaborate ones.

So with that I would have to vote for Natsu.
