Well, the price changes along with the language chosen... Has anyone outside Italy tried it? :)

I can confirm I bought Mass Effect 3 Deluxe edition from the UK cversion of the site a while back and it activated fine.

I already own Sleeping Dogs, but this is too good a deal to pass up.

I payed with Paypal and I got an e-mail from them requesting a photo of my ID card, my face, to fill a form they sent as attachment, sign it and send scan/photo of it. Pfff

The productdetails on the right side are very clear about this issue (even if you don't speak Italian):
"Lingua/e: Italiano"
The language is Italian, therefore I don't think you could change it to English or something else.
However, we only know for sure if somebody purchased it and checked it. :)

Thank you so much! Just bought it with my Credit Card ( saw that people were having problems with Paypal and it's only 0,04 cents more so who cares :D). Activated it with no problem and i'm downloading it right now. The email was a bit slow ( had to wait like 5-10 min for it, but i got it XD )!
