Trying to give away Dota 2 copies

Hi all, I'm trying to start my first giveaway. Steam has given me 3 giftable copies of DOTA 2. I tried starting a giveaway, but I didn't see DOTA 2 listed in the (MASSIVE) drop-down list. Mind you, I've never done this before, so I have no idea how to do this if I can't find the game in the list. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you. [GMG] Sirknight

dota 2 has been taken off of the giveaway list because so many copies were given out and the game will be free to play

...I'd like a copy for a friend too, if you don't mind. I understand if you don't want to give it to someone who already has the game, though.
