Because total value to you games is less than 30 bucks. Bundle game giveaways don't increase your gifts $ number because each game in a bundle is worth ~50 cents or less depending on bundle. You won't get full retail steam price for any game you gift that has * next to the name of the game.

No you have not gifted games of 100$. The games you mentioned were truly at that range one time but as we have a capitalist free market price changes. As you most probably got those games through the bundle the value you got them from along a lot of other people was probably not 100$. Thereby you are not gifting games of 100$ value.
