It's marked as F2P, so it's only early access to beta (similar to DOTA2, I guess). With that said - I'm not giving away my copies on Steamgifts... I wouldn't feel right bumping my contributor value, like this.

I just received my two Steam gifts and they do not say beta.

It doesn't say "Beta Bundle" either..
The game is in beta, the just don't show it in the title.

They are just appearing in the inventories of the people who already own it. Plenty of people seem to have them, so I can't imagine you'll struggle to get one. Heck, add me right now and I'll give you one myself.
