Help please! Indie Gala

So, yeah i bought the Hellrado bundle. However i didn't get any key and they removed my money, i wrote to support yesterday morning, they didnt answer me. Now, when i check my ordered bundle it says grand ages rome not the old game.. can any1 help me please?

Why would you think that users here could help you with that? This is not the Indie Gala site, and more importantly, none of us are staff there.

You need to be more patient and wait for them to answer your support email. That's all.

Yes, I've encountered some technical errors on indiegala, however my experience with them has been top notch. The support takes care of problems very quickly.

My friend bought the cheaper crazy machines bundle yesterday , but the keys never arrived , he then talked to support and they gave him the games in the more expensive bundle as a compensation , so that might be what happened with you.

No , my friend didn't give them any additional money , they ran out of keys for the cheap bundle and so they gave him keys for the expensive version of the bundle instead.

I got an reply with this after 10 min:
Hello,

We apologize but the Shadow Harvest game went out of stock yesterday and we are waiting for the publishers to send us more keys. If you don't mind waiting, we will send them to you as soon as we receive them, hopefully tomorrow if not today.

By "waiting for the publishers to send us more keys", I hope they mean just enough to fill the backorders. Otherwise if they intend to put the bundle back up we're going to have another flood of those games here. If that happens, I would be more surprised if the games weren't put on the bundle list.

The same think happend to me, brought the crazy machines bundle, they did not have the keys for crazy machines and crazy machines 1.5. I emailed them, received a respond after 40 minutes and they offer me 6 games where I could take only two and I did, a much more expensive games :)

That's exactly what happened to my friend , they gave him keys for Crazy Machines 2 and Crazy Machines Elements instead of CM and CM 1.5

Yes, it says no serial keys are availbe.

But on my profile it says the order is completed and i paid.

Same happened to me yesterday but I contacted the support and they said the bundle was expired and I shouldn't have the opportunity to buy it anymore. However they sent me the keys.
