Problem with sync

When I try to sync my account this message appears:

If you would like to force a refresh, please switch to a public Steam profile.

But it is set to public...

Any suggestions?

still not workin for me sigh u.u been tryin to sync since yesterday, even tryin to switch profile to private and back to public, refreshing.. not workin. how lame
