Take away the video games, parents will blame some other medium. The reason this shit is happening is because they require something to point the blame at. Why do they exist? Because people buy them. By buying your kid some call of duty game, you're reinforcing the violent video games you so desperately wish to blame. But oh no, a mass quantity of people buying something doesn't popularize it, right? Those video games woulda kept on being popular even if every stupid mother and retard father didn't buy their kids it, right? It's not your fault at all! Why, you never even spent a quarter of your money on those games, right?

Humanity as the generations go on takes two steps forward, fifteen steps back. For every thing we better ourselves with, we become infinitely worse in return. Wake the fuck up people and realize that it's your god damn responsibility to RAISE YOUR KIDS and not just throw some stupid video game at them and let that do the raising for you. Hell, if you can't raise your kids yourself, it's not hard to get them mario or some other non-violent medium. Then again, i watched candyman when i was 8 and the horror movies just kept on coming from there, with me playing resident evil when i was like 11 so really i suppose it's down to the person just as much as the parent to take in what they should and should not of this world..I'm slightly skewed in my moral compass, but i sure as fuck am not like some of these stupid retards that seem to be so prevalent in society..Though maybe that's just how it's always been and I grew up contained.

What's popularized as the 'in thing to hate' is whatever the fucking media turns into a circus. Which is anything negative that they can give a spin on. People don't realize this and, well, there you go. The sandy hook thing very well could have been contained. There's no reasonable reason why everyone needs to know about it. Our lives would go on never knowing. Likewise, most people just use it as something to talk about and not something to genuinely give a damn about, not that it matters because if i had a child and he/she was murdered, I'd certainly not like to be reminded of it by everyone. Add to the fact that, and this is fairly morbid thinking but i'll be honest about my opinion..Those children are better off. They lived the golden years of their lives. The years where everything is fun and new and an adventure for you, the years before you're forced to work for the machine, the years where you don't have responsibilities and all the other shit that the world throws at you to bog you down. Those children, while i don't think they deserved it, at the very least died at an age that could be far worse.

The point is, raise your fucking kids. If you can't raise them, don't have them. If you can't keep your dick out of someone, you don't deserve to have one at all.

I heard on Russian news, one man killed 6 ppl with shotgun including teen girl, because he got mad because of watching to much Action films. I mean blaming videogames is stupid, since everything can get crazy ppl mad, everything such as religion, sects, games, films, anime, books, news articles, end of the world predictions( I heard one mom sacrified her baby because she didn't liked to die him in the "end of the world 2012"), etc. So these happens by everything and was happening all the history.

In the last decade or two, video games have been the media's scapegoat for any gamer that's committed a crime.

These type of news bring a lot of attention, but remember that with 7 billion people on this planet, the vast majority are helpful, kind and loving beings.

There was something like this on documenting reality. A boy accidentally killed his friend over (some mmo i can't remember) and then proceeded to cut him up into pieces and tried to hide him in the attic.

Maybe this sort of thing happened a lot before video games too, we just didn't know about it because the internet wasn't around. And folks were smart enough to hold those involved accountable.
