you can do a private giveaway and if the person that won it didtn comment you just reroll

Do a private or group giveaway, put rules in description, if people don't follow the rules and win, reroll, simple.

Because that is what it means, no one would not say thanks if there were such an option. "Thanks" would mean even less than it does right now.

Forcing good manners, is similar to forcing politics, religion, or most other things for that matter. It simply shouldn't be done.

The contributor would just ignore "thanks yous". The ones that he pays attention to are the comments that are different.

You might as well make that you will automatically post a "Thanks" when you press enter,lol.

Yeah, it's nice saying thanks and people should do it, but forcing it upon them... Just won't be good :P You should thank someone because you feel thankful, not because you're being told to... xP Doing such a thing will take away the whole point of thanking giveaway makers (imo anyway).
